EXCELLENT IS THE BEST WORD FOR THE QUALITY OF THIS BAND

I have never had the opportunity to see Led Zeppelin live - I was too young when the original band was in their prime. Now, my kids are in their 20s, and one of them bought us tickets. My kids and I have always been big fans of the classic catalogue of Zep songs, and Jason Bonham and his cohort did incredible justice to the original material. What I loved was the set list - a real mix of the massive hits (Immigrant Song, Whole lotta love, etc) with some of the less well known or more folky mandolin laced tunes. The execution could'nt have been better as the band is stacked with a number of multi-instrumentalists. Bonham himself is a fantastic player (sounds like his Dad obviously) but his style is reminiscent of Neal Peart- the the lead guitarist was fantastic. Summed up - my kids and I left the show absolutely blown away with the awesomeness of this performance. If you are a Zep fan, or even if you are not, you should see this.

Had seen Jason Bonham in the past do a Zeppelin show and thought it was great. This time, disappointed is an understatement. We walked out after the 4th song as did a few others. Their timing was off - and they were completely out of synch in all 4 songs... It was like watching a car wreck...this was the first concert I've ever walked out of. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to some good music.
