The critically acclaimed Louisville Orchestra are taking one of the great compositions of the 20th Century to the stage in a thrilling limited run of concerts next Spring! In a night that also features the world premiere of Anthony Green's new work, Rhapsody In Blue is not only a true celebration of Gershwin's masterpiece, but a dynamic look to the future of classical music.
Louisville Orchestra have scheduled a truly incredible programme for this concert. Headlining is George Gershwin's masterwork inspired by the jazz era, featuring some of the most iconic motifs of modern classical music. This is followed by Creator Corps' resident Anthony Green premiering his new work, and rounded off with An Atlas of Deep Time - John Luther Adams' epic piece inspired by the massive force of changing nature.
