The Santaland Diaries

The Santaland Diaries at Victor Jory Theatre

Why see The Santaland Diaries?

The daily humiliations of a Macy's Christmas elf

Bored with the same old classic holiday plays? This brand-new production is Joe Mantello's adaptation of the popular NPR commentator and writer David Sedaris' essay which brings a fresh take to the Christmas season and will be directed by the Actor's Theatres very own Associate Artistic Director Meredith McDonough. The irreverent and hilariously uplifting 'anti-holiday' Christmas adventure is based on Sedaris' own experiences of working as a Christmas elf at Macy's 'Santaland' and offers a laugh-out-loud theatre experience which is accessible for everyone.
